Users can request account and data deletion by emailing support@trynuance.app from the email address associated with their Nuance account, with the subject line “Nuance Account Deletion Request”.
Subscription Support
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, depending on where you purchased your subscription. Nuance cannot directly cancel, refund, or modify subscriptions purchased through app stores.
To manage billing, renewals, or cancellations, open your app store account settings on your device.
